New Scientist magazine
recently reported on an arm-brace that can tell whether a basketballer is shooting correctly. This brace uses pre-defined biometrics such as arm and wrist position and the execution of the shot to determine how well the shooter is executing the action.
Given the
on-going controversy of "chucking" in cricket (bowling with a bent arm) and the interpretation of the rules; does this technology offer the ability to finally rid the game of it?
